Which part of the workday has stopped?
- Email stopped arriving.
- Customers say they sent it. Your inbox is empty. We trace sending, receiving, filtering, and domain settings, then test delivery with an outside address.
- The sign-in keeps asking for something you cannot provide.
- A new phone, a missing Authenticator setup, or the only administrator account can stop the business. Bryan checks the recovery options and works with the provider on the access you are entitled to regain.
- Nobody knows who controls the accounts.
- An old employee, web designer, or previous IT provider set everything up. We identify the accounts, subscriptions, and administrators, then organize the access your business needs.
- Your staff are paying for workarounds.
- Mail goes to a personal account, a shared inbox only works on one computer, or you are paying for overlapping subscriptions. Get the setup checked and a clear plan to put it in order.
Follow the message all the way to the inbox.
An email in your Sent folder does not tell you what happened at the other end. A working website does not prove that the same domain is set up correctly for email.
Bryan checks the affected account and device, message errors, delivery settings, and the providers involved. If the mail service needs to act, you have someone who can explain the findings and handle the technical conversation.
For access problems, we identify the recovery route, establish who controls the account, and help you complete the provider’s ownership checks. Account recovery follows the provider’s verification process.
Check the work your staff actually need to do.
For a delivery repair, send and receive test messages with an outside address. For a sign-in repair, check access on the devices that matter. For an account cleanup, confirm who can administer and recover it.
Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google Workspace, business Gmail, domain email, shared mailboxes, and staff account changes are all valid reasons to call. Your existing tools are the starting point.
Can you help if our email came from our website company?
Yes. Tell Bryan who you pay and which address is affected. We trace the domain and mail setup and coordinate with the provider. You do not have to untangle the accounts first.
Will we have to move to a different email service?
We start by fixing what you have. If a move would solve an ongoing problem, you get a separate plan covering messages, calendars, access, cost, and the changeover.
Can you set up a new employee or remove a former employee’s access?
Yes. We set up the required accounts and permissions, preserve business information, and check the handoff. For wider computer and office setup, see IT projects.

Get this job handled. Decide on ongoing help later.
The first conversation is free. Tell Bryan what is happening; he will explain the next step and price before you approve paid work.
- Investigation and repair
- Most business investigations are quoted before they begin. Initial QuickBooks diagnosis is free; any repair is quoted afterward. Additional repair, equipment, or a provider change needs your approval.
- When a visit is needed
- On-site business work is $129/hr, with a two-hour minimum. Any travel fee is included in your quote. Remote business work is quoted for the job.
- After the work
- We check the task with you and explain what changed. You receive any remaining steps, provider dependencies, and the information needed to keep using the setup.
No monthly plan is required. Compare business prices or read the service and workmanship terms.
Give the email problem to someone who can follow it through.
You do not need to know whether Outlook, the domain, or the account is responsible. Describe what stopped working and let Bryan investigate.
