Fair-deal promises

Fixed or it's free.
If your problem doesn't get solved, you don't pay. Ever.
30-day comeback guarantee.
If the same problem comes back within 30 days, you get it fixed again at no charge.
You'll hear it when it's not worth fixing.
A computer should last six to nine years, and most "old and slow" machines just need a tune-up — especially at today's new-computer prices — but if a repair really would cost more than yours is worth, you get the straight answer and honest help picking a replacement. Nobody here sells hardware, so nothing biases the advice.
The fine print, in plain English — read it if you like
What counts as "one problem"?
One root cause, however many symptoms it has — if the same infection broke your email and your printer, that's one flat rate. If we find a second, unrelated problem, you get a separate quote and decide before we touch it.
What does "same day" mean?
Most software problems are fixed in one remote session the day you call, during business hours. Hardware repairs run 1–2 days from drop-off. If yours will take longer, you'll hear that up front, not after.
More than one computer?
Flat rate applies per machine. The diagnosis is still free on all of them.
Does "fixed or it's free" cover data recovery?
Yes. If we can't get your files back, you pay nothing for the attempt. (If a drive needs a specialist clean-room lab, we'll say so before any money changes hands.)

No surprises. That's the whole idea.

Call with the problem, get the flat rate before we start, and pay only if it gets fixed.
