   Download RustDesk

   RustDesk is the free, open-source screen-share tool we use. Pick your computer type:

   WindowsMac

   Open it and find your ID

   When RustDesk opens, you'll see a number labeled "Your Desk" or "ID" on the left side. That's all we need.

   Read us the number

   Tell us the ID over the phone, then click Accept when the connection request appears. You'll see everything we do, and you can hit Disconnect at any moment.
