BRAINROAD

One website connects customers with the right local office

A residential cleaning business needed one website that could serve its local offices. BrainRoad built location pages, inquiry capture, office routing, and CRM delivery so customers reach the right team with the details needed for follow-up.

What the business needed

Local offices needed one dependable way to explain their cleaning services, capture an inquiry, deliver it to the right office, and follow what happened next.

What BrainRoad was hired to accomplish

Build and improve the customer journey from Google, Meta, and Local Services Ads through the website, lead form, office follow-up, the CRM, and conversion reporting without losing the local identity of each market.

What the old setup made difficult

A generic website or a stand-alone form could not answer different markets equally well. Advertising needed specific destinations, each inquiry needed a reliable office handoff, and campaign reports needed a way to distinguish an online action from a person who actually became a customer.

What BrainRoad built

Bryan led the market research, advertising strategy, website and landing-page build, lead-system design, attribution and conversion work, production deployment, and ongoing performance improvements.

  1. Built a responsive website serving multiple local offices.
  2. Created location, suburb, service-intent, and comparison landing pages for paid-search traffic.
  3. Developed Google Ads campaign materials and supported Meta and Local Services Ads paths.
  4. Built a multi-step quote and callback experience protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
  5. Stored leads and advertising attribution in Cloudflare D1 before starting slower downstream work.
  6. Routed leads to the appropriate office and delivered them to the CRM in the background.
  7. Added duplicate protection, geographic checks, conversion reporting, and customer-status reconciliation.
  8. Deployed the website through Cloudflare Pages and continued improving the live funnel from measured performance.

How a customer moves through the system

The technical work stays behind one understandable customer path.

  1. 1

A homeowner clicks a Google, Meta, or Local Services ad.

  2. 2

The website keeps the click identifier and campaign details with the visit.

  3. 3

The customer reaches a page matched to the market and cleaning need.

  4. 4

The inquiry is validated, checked for duplicates, and saved in Cloudflare D1.

  5. 5

The customer receives the next step while CRM delivery continues in the background.

  6. 6

The office receives the lead, home details, source, and callback preference.

  7. 7

Reporting later checks whether the lead received a qualifying customer status.

How it supports every market

The shared website uses structured location data for multiple offices. Each market has its own phone, service area, landing pages, and advertising destinations, while one codebase keeps the customer experience and tracking rules consistent.

    What changed for the customer

Customers now reach pages matched to their location and cleaning needs. Their inquiries are saved, sent to the right office, and delivered with the information needed for follow-up. The business can connect advertising sources with what happened after an inquiry.
