BRAINROAD

Software setup, integrations and custom tools.

Set up the software your team needs, connect programs that do not share information, or build a tool for work your current system cannot handle. Bryan can help with customer records, reporting, internal applications, and repetitive tasks.

Projects are quoted for the work. Bring an example of what you need; the first conversation is free.

Three sample job records repeat the same address update while a hand fills out another copy.
One change. Three places to type it. Start with the information your team keeps entering again.

What would you like your software to do?

Set up the software your team needs.

Configure accounts, permissions, forms, and everyday settings. Help staff get started and work with the software provider when its access or support is needed.

A customer changes an address. Three records need updating.

Connect the CRM, job record, and schedule so an approved change can reach the right places. We agree which system owns each detail and how conflicts are handled.

The spreadsheet works until someone changes the wrong cell.

Build a tool with the fields, permissions, and checks your job needs. Keep useful parts of the existing setup instead of rebuilding everything by default.

You need a report. First, someone has to assemble it.

Bring the agreed information together with a known source for each number. Make missing records visible so the report does not quietly tell the wrong story.

The software almost does the job. Your staff fill the gap.

Build the missing form, customer portal, internal application, or connection. Show Bryan where people leave the system and start emailing, retyping, or keeping a separate list.

Show it once. Have us build and test the connection.

Walk through one real task.
You show which details come in, where they go, and what happens when something changes. We identify the accounts and permissions needed.
Keep the useful tools.
BrainRoad checks what the existing software allows, then quotes the connection or custom work. A subscription change or replacement system is a separate decision.
Check the awkward cases too.
Test a new record, a correction, a duplicate, and a failed connection. Your team gets instructions and a way to see when something needs attention.

Connected systems, in practice.

Every inquiry is saved before slower systems run.

The website validates and stores the lead first, then completes CRM delivery in the background so the customer is not left waiting on a slow handoff.

One request becomes work the office can act on.

An example of a connection we can build: a customer sends a request, their contact record is found or created, and the right person receives a follow-up task.

The customer already exists.
Match the existing record using the rules you approve. Keep staff from working through two copies of the same customer.
The details change.
Send the approved correction to the right systems. A conflicting record is flagged for review rather than silently overwritten.
One system is unavailable.
Keep a record of the pending work, make the failure visible, and retry safely. Someone knows what needs attention.

Those are the cases we test together. Your project can connect existing tools, replace a fragile spreadsheet, or build the missing application around your team’s work.

Make the correction once.

The useful connection carries an approved change to the records that need it. Your team can check what changed and see what still needs attention.

This is an illustrative workflow. We check what your software supports, agree on the rules, and test changes and failures before handing over your own connection.

An illustrative sample workflow shows the same job correction in the customer record, schedule, and job sheet.
Example of the connection we can scope: one approved correction reaches the records that need it. Your tools and review rules determine the build.

Buy the connection your business needs.

Start with one task and the tools involved. The first conversation is free. Bryan checks the available connections and quotes the build, testing, training, and handoff.

Do we have to replace our current software?

We look at what your tools already support first. Sometimes an existing feature or a small connection solves the problem. Custom development is useful when there is a real gap to fill.

What costs should we expect beyond the build?

Your quote identifies subscriptions, hosting, usage charges, and any ongoing support. You approve those costs before work starts. A project does not require a monthly support plan.

Who owns the finished work?

Your accounts and data stay yours. Paid, completed custom work is portable subject to disclosed third-party licenses. We provide the agreed access, documentation, and handoff.

How do we know it is finished?

We agree on the task and completion checks before the build, then test ordinary work, changes, and failures with your team. The project workmanship terms cover reproducible failures to meet the agreed scope reported within 30 days of acceptance.

What software help do you need?

Describe the task and which tools are involved. Bryan will contact you to discuss what can be connected or built.
