Choose one task your team repeats.
A weekly report, a customer follow-up, a draft document, or information copied between programs. Start with a task that takes time and follows a process your team can explain.
That is the work we map first. BrainRoad connects the agreed sources and destinations, adds your rules, and makes missing information visible. The aim is a repeatable task your team can check and use each time.
One example: turn job notes into a billing draft.
Example setup: job notes become a record and a billing draft for your team to review.
See what happens when the notes are incomplete
Suppose the note says “extra materials” but gives no amount. The draft marks the amount as missing and asks for the receipt. It stays out of the sending step until someone supplies and approves the information. We agree on those checks with you before building.
Bring one example of the work, explain your rules, and approve access to the tools. BrainRoad builds the connections and checks ordinary jobs, missing information, and exceptions with you. Some steps need simple rules; others may benefit from AI. Your software and the job determine what is practical.
Connected work, already delivered.
This completed project shows how Bryan connected customer inquiries to office follow-up. Read the work and delivery checks.
See all completed projectsEvery inquiry is saved before slower systems run.
The website validates and stores the lead first, then completes CRM delivery in the background so the customer is not left waiting on a slow handoff.
Tasks we can help automate.
- Finished work, unfinished paperwork
- The job notes are on a phone. The office still needs a usable record.
Turn the agreed notes and attachments into a draft job record, with missing details flagged for review.
- Quotes waiting to be written
- The visit is done, but the customer is still waiting for the quote.
Prepare a draft from the job details and your approved pricing. A person checks the scope and amount before it is sent.
- Follow-up nobody has time to track
- Someone needs to call back, request a document, or check a completed job.
Create the agreed reminders and follow-up tasks in the tools your team uses, with a named person responsible.
- Reports assembled by hand
- Getting a weekly update means opening several systems and copying the numbers.
Bring agreed records into a repeatable report. Keep the source visible and flag missing information.

AI Quick Start: what is included.
1. Choose the work
Choose the result your team needs: a job record ready for billing, a quote ready to review, or follow-up assigned to the right person. We define the two automations that will prepare that work.
2. Build and connect
BrainRoad organizes the source information and connects the agreed tools. Software subscriptions and usage costs are disclosed for approval.
3. Test with your team
Check ordinary requests, missing information, and exceptions. Decide which actions need a person’s review and how to stop or correct the work.
4. Train and hand over
Your team gets the two working automations, training, documentation, and a clear list of access, software costs, and support options.
What happens after the build?
You receive the agreed working automations and handoff. Ongoing tuning is a separate choice, starting at $299/mo. We explain the support scope and software costs before you commit.
Need a custom application, larger integration, or reporting system? Those projects receive their own scope and quote. The starter package is not a limit on what BrainRoad can build.
Discuss the work to automateChoose a useful first automation project.
AI Quick Start is $1,500 flat for two agreed workflows: built, connected, tested with your team, documented, and handed over with training.
Software subscriptions and usage are separate and approved first. Ongoing care is optional. You keep the agreed paid deliverables and receive the access and handoff details.
What if the delivered work fails an agreed check?
Report a reproducible failure to meet the agreed scope within 30 days of acceptance. We investigate and correct our work without an additional labor charge under the project workmanship terms. New requirements and unrelated faults are assessed separately.
Bring one task to the free first conversation. We will discuss whether two useful workflows fit this package before you approve paid work. You do not have to figure out the automation yourself.
